The La Montaña Internship Program invites key qualified young people (aged 18-25) with a heart for missions to come and serve the Lord, while developing their skills and character through practical hands-on learning, mentoring, study, reflection, and developing a worldview of what God has called us to do in His name, “make disciples of all nations.”

meet the directors
Lincoln and Katie Brackett are a couple whose passion is discipleship. They believe that young people who are on fire for Jesus can change the world! They recently stepped into leading the Summer Intern Ministry at La Montaña and are preparing for Summer 2025! They believe that through this internship, you will meet lifelong friends, be stretched in your relationship with God, and make unforgettable memories! The Brackett's are so excited for this year ahead and are already praying for God to change the life of each intern in an amazing way. They can’t wait to see how God moves!
